Shipping Policy

We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If a pin code isn't serviceable by our courier partners, this will be flagged at checkout before you pay.

Orders are usually processed and handed to our courier partner within 3–4 business days of payment confirmation. Processing can take a little longer during sales, promotions, or public holidays.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and courier serviceability. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹100 shipping charge. Orders of ₹999 or more qualify for free shipping. This is calculated on your order value after any coupon discount, and shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships. You can check the current status of any order anytime from Account → Orders.

Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed by circumstances outside our control — weather, courier disruptions, regional restrictions, or public holidays. We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order is affected.
